UNIQUELY BELLEVUE
Central Bar + Restaurant or “Central” as regulars call us, is a large, open restaurant designed to entertain. Central is uniquely Bellevue, a dressy yet casual place to be seen and celebrate the most important occasions of our lives. The 4,000 square foot space is a social hive, there is always something happening at Central whether it’s morning, noon, or night.
Located in the center of the Bellevue Collection, Central embraces the European inspired, landscaped alleyway with large Nana windows that open up to the outdoors. At the epicenter of twinkle lit BAM Alley is home to Swipe, an iconic 8 foot tall cat sculpture created by artist, George Rodrigues.
The W Hotel (south) and Westin Hotel (north) bookend Central while residents living in Two Lincoln Tower reside in the luxury units on floors 15 through 40 directly above. Central is truly at the center of it all.
Bellevue restaurateurs, Joseph, Randi and Cody Brazen, ensure Central’s upscale atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming and fun by hiring the most talented, engaging, and positive bartenders, servers and cooks to join their team. This is the same recipe the Brazen’s have used for the past 14 years at 520 Bar and Grill, their family’s first restaurant and a landmark in Old Bellevue.
Central’s warm environment, beautiful lighting, custom furnishings and open aesthetics allow guests to always feel like they are part of the celebration. Topped with a large, catering kitchen and Perlick bar, Central is proud to have been awarded “2018’s Best New Restaurant” by 425.

Co-Owner
Joseph Brazen is inspired by creating a place for Bellevue to celebrate food, fun, and cocktails in a world-class environment. Central is his vision to bring a large, world-class bar to the vibrant and growing Downtown Bellevue.
RANDI BRAZEN
Co-Owner
Randi provides a true passion for guest experience by focusing on the key elements of hospitality. As co-owner, she instills her knack for design and taste to make Central a fun and elegant option for Bellevue.
CODY BRAZEN
General Manager
Cody has been an integral part of opening Central since its first construction meeting on day one and is now the GM and leader of all operations at Central. Carrying on her parents’ commitment to excellence and execution of Central’s vision, Cody is the heart and pulse of Central.

As a highly experienced bar manager, Kyle has spent 12 years working in the restaurant industry. With a passion for creating a memorable experience for customers, Kyle has developed a reputation for delivering exceptional service and crafting unique cocktails. In addition to his mixology expertise, he has a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the bar is running smoothly and efficiently. Kyle has a talent for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, making Central a go-to spot for locals and tourists alike.
